Bill brings his extensive experience and education to his real estate practice. He has over 30 years of experience assisting clients in all aspects of real estate. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Bill spent most of his summers at his grandparents’ beach house in Garden City. A graduate of the University of South Carolina and Emory University, Bill spent several years in the Charlotte, NC area, but always returned to the beach for vacations. He made Pawleys Island his permanent home in 2010.
 
He has watched the Grand Strand grow from a seasonal, tourist area to a bustling community in just a few short decades. For those who are already here but looking to downsize or maybe buy that dream house, Bill can assist you with the process of listing and selling your existing home. For others looking to relocate to the beach, Bill can use his vast knowledge of the area to find the right home for you. It is his goal to ensure that every client receives the best service that a real estate agent can offer, making a somewhat complex change in life a stress-free experience. Bill resides in Pawleys with his wife (Krista) and has two children. Krista is an elementary school teacher, and they are members of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church.
